  1. International Trade

    An international operation touches many areas. The most importants are negotiation (pro-forma, commercial invoice and quotations); contracts (sale of goods, agency, distribution, suppliers or prescription); logistics management (import and export: preparing the shipment, freight , tracking and resolution of discrepancies); customs clearence; risk management (insurance, payment methods and quality control) and look for potential business partners (customers, distributors, suppliers, etc.).

    Additionally there is a continuous work in finding business opportunities. Finance and international projects in which the company can participate and expand its business.

  2. International Marketing

    Marketing is an essential tool for internationalization. International Marketing analyzes foreign markets; its peculiarities, prospects, competence, entry strategies and implementation of your product or service.

    It also involves the elaboration a new batch of documents you will need in your international relationships: business plans, company and products presentations, dossiers and international purchase policies. As well as any other specific material.

    Knowing the target market and its peculiarities is essential to develop an effective strategy. Should you standardize your product or adapt it? What adaptation is needed? Is the customer abroad similar as the national one? What margins do the competitors hav? How can you attract international distributors and clients?

  3. Social Marketing

    Marketing has dramatically evolved during the last decade; all the traditional bullying techniques are doomed to fail. All you can achieve is a high level of frustration and hatred on the part of the users toward you. Or did the last massive mailing work fine for you?

    Now it’s all about visibility. The potential customers do now “smart shopping” by comparison of the information they find on the Internet; and especially on social networks. The secret of success is to be there when they search for a product or service we have.

    How do you do that? By developing a social media strategy, based on intelligent segmentation, visibility and creating good content.

My Vision

One of the most important things I’ve internalized in recent years is that internationalization is the only way to grow. It is the engine that allows companies to address internal crisis and compensate he lack of domestic sales.

For me it’s an exciting world . Each operation is unique. You constantly face new challenges. Many times you learn by doing and the day-to-day becomes chaos. But it’s not about controlling caos rather than adapting to it.

I would not change a single moment. To export, internationalize a new product, work and meet people from all over the world; those are the best reward I could ask for.

Therefore , my vision is clear. Long terms  business relationships are achieved between people. The secret is simple: work hard , every day and in an honest way; by giving the best of you, you also get the best from others .

Developer of the marketing and internationalization strategy of WiMu and Seego products for the company Realtrack. The first one oriented to the high performance market. The second one, to the fitness sector. Reaching more than 200,000€ in revenue the first year.
