For me it’s an exciting world . Each operation is unique. You constantly face new challenges. Many times you learn by doing and the day-to-day becomes chaos. But it’s not about controlling caos rather than adapting to it.
I would not change a single moment. To export, internationalize a new product, work and meet people from all over the world; those are the best reward I could ask for.
